Pricing questions

Why publish prices when almost nobody else does?

The first meeting is more useful when both sides know the numbers are in range. If ours are wrong for you, you found out for free.

Is it really fixed fee?

Yes, wherever the scope can be fixed: most of the time, and always after an assessment. Scope is written down before we start; change it and we re-quote. Where it cannot be fixed, we propose a short paid discovery to reach something we can quote.

What is not included?

Infrastructure and licences, paid directly to your suppliers with no mark-up from us. Travel outside the North East, charged at cost where on-site presence is needed. Specialist legal, clinical safety or sector regulatory input, quoted separately with our recommendation.

Do you do day rates?

For advisory retainers and ad-hoc work, yes, from £800 per day. For defined work we prefer a fixed fee: a day rate rewards taking longer.

Do you work with small organisations?

Yes, and the assessment is the sensible start. If your budget is well below these figures, say so on the first call. We will scope something smaller that is still useful, or tell you that you would be better served elsewhere.

What about ongoing support after handover?

Optional, from £1,800 per month, covering escalation, periodic model review and re-evaluation as your corpus changes. If the system only runs while you pay us a retainer, we have not handed it over properly.
